Are all products on Lami Fragrance original and genuine?

Yes! We are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products. We carefully source all products from the manufacturer/authorized retailer. This is our guarantee.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Please note that Lagos orders alone cannot be tracked. This is because we use local logistics to speed up delivery within Lagos.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Delivery takes 2 - 5 business days for orders within Nigeria. For International orders, please allow up to 7 Business Days. We promise not to exceed these time frame.

Can I edit my order after placing?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We usually ship items out within one (1) working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out the correct items and shipping information.

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel via the tracking link in the email sent to you.

What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately via the 'Contact Us' page above so that we can address the problem either by item exchange or refund if applicable.

Can I return or exchange an item?

 Yes but only if they were shipped defective. If applicable, We offer a 7 day ( for Nigeria) and a 15 days (for international orders) refund time from the date you receive your parcel unless otherwise specified. Read our Returns Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly, so that we may resolve the issue with your product.

How secure is shopping with Lami Fragrance?

Lami Fragrance is very much secure. Your information is totally secure with data encryption using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. We take security very seriously to prevent fraud.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

We have teamed up with DHL, the most trusted logistics company to ship to customers who reside outside Nigeria. Individual shipping quote for each county can be viewed on the cart page and at checkout.

However, note that you may incur import duty upon the arrival of your order.

Do you ship perfumes to all countries?

No, Lami Fragrance is unable to ship perfumes/fragrances to any country outside Nigeria because of their inflammable nature.

However, we are able to ship perfume oils which do not contain alcohol and as such are not inflammable and are not against DHL shipping regulations.

Will my order be charged customs and import charges?

You may be charged import duty by your local customs office before or when your order arrives destination country. 

Lami Fragrance has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We highly recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What happens if I refuse pay the customs charges?

DHL, our logistic partner will automatically return the shipment to Lami Fragrance and we'll issue a refund for your items once it arrives back at our Nigeria warehouse. Note that your shipping fee will not be refunded in this case.

We're not able to reship an item that has been returned to us, so you'll need to place a new order if you still want the items.
