Our policy lasts 7 Business days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We highly recommend checking your products at the time of delivery. In case your product is damaged, not the same you ordered you may return the product at the time of delivery to the delivery agent who has delivered the product to you. You can call us at +2348134989894 to let us know if you would like to return the product right when you have checked the product in the presence of our agent.
Returns will be accepted only for damaged/defective/wrong products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All products that are on sale are not eligible for returns or exchange. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned; such as fragrances and pre-order goods shipped from overseas.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 21days.
Note you are responsible for all shipping charges. If your purchase included free shipping, then the shipping charges will be deducted from your return.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Late or missing refunds
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your order number at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns/refunds will attract a handling fee of 12.5% of total sales price.

If you are shipping an item over N 30, 000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
